The LABF’s Annual Participant Statements have been mailed to those members who have not retired and have contributions in the LABF pension plan.

 

If you do not receive your statement by mid-April, please contact the LABF to confirm we have your current mailing address on file.   Also, if you need to update your beneficiaries on record, please provide the LABF a new, original, notarized Beneficiary Designation Form.
