Welcome to the Laborers' and Retirement Board Employees' Annuity and Benefit Fund of Chicago ("LABF") website. Since our establishment in 1935 by the Illinois Legislature, LABF serves those employed by the City of Chicago classified as "labor services", certain Board of Education members, and individuals employed by the Laborers', Policemen's and Firemen's Annuity and Benefit Funds.
